Netball Workshops with the sensational Sasha Corbin!

On Friday, we were delighted to welcome English International Netball player, Sasha Corbin, into school.

Sasha played in the Team Bath Superleague team whilst studying Sports Performance at university. In that time the team won the Superleague three times and, so far, her international Netball career has seen her gain 56 caps in total. In 2013 she became part of the England squad, where she still plays today.

Sasha was invited into school to deliver several Netball workshops based on her Solo Sessions initiative. Sixty girls across Key Stage 3 and 4 took part in Netball drills and group sessions. Each player was delighted to learn from the England player’s expertise and extensive knowledge around the game itself.

Sasha also led a Q&A session which was both insightful and inspiring. It allowed the girls to reflect on their own goals and aspirations.

We hope that this positivity will resonate throughout all of our squads in the forthcoming year!
