An Application Form needs to be completed and returned to the Admissions Secretary, along with the small Application Fee, in order to register your son for entry into Queen Elizabeth Grammar School. The form can be downloaded here. This form can be completed digitally by downloading and using the free Adobe Reader DC.
Please note, the completion of an Application Form is no guarantee that your son will be offered a place at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School. Entry to the school is subject to your son meeting the necessary entrance requirements. The application fee of £50 can be paid via PayPal (you don’t have to have a PayPal account). Please insert your son's initial and surname as on the Application Form as the 'Description'.
