Boys of all ages have the opportunity to develop individual leadership qualities by experiencing a position of responsibility within the school community.
In Centenary House, Year 2 boys can become School Monitors as well as House Captains and Vice House Captains.
In Years 3-6 boys can hold the position of Form Captain, House Captain or Eco Monitor. As boys reach the culmination of their time in Junior School, positions of responsibility extend in Year 6 to include Head Boy, Deputy Head Boy, School Prefects, Librarians and House Captains.
All these opportunities allow the boys to acquire leadership skills from a young age and learn how to represent the interests of others.
