To assist you in budgeting for what is a significant financial outlay, the Governors offer parents a variety of ways to pay the fees. These are detailed below:
Direct Debit - monthly or termly in advance
Experience has shown that the easiest option is to use the Direct Debit method. If you do not do so already and now wish to take up this option then please contact Mrs Tracy Haunch at Governors’ Office on 01924 231645 or email email@example.com. Please note that ‘extras’ (music fees, school fee reimbursement, etc) are paid separately.
By paying the term’s fees in full before the first day of each term
This can be done by cheque (payable to Wakefield Grammar School Foundation) or by Direct Bank Transfer (see bank details below). Please note, we do not accept cash payments for school fees, except for nominal extras.
Direct Bank Transfer
We are able to accept payments by direct bank transfer. Please ensure when using this method that you use your unique reference number, shown after your child’s name on your invoice. Our details are as follows:

Debit and Credit Card
In addition and for your convenience, school fees may now also be paid by debit and credit card. Should you wish to pay by this method, please contact Mrs Tracy Haunch at Governors’ Office on 01924 231645.
A lump sum payment can be made for two or more years of the pupil’s time in school. A discount is given for this method of payment. If you wish to discuss payment by composition fee, please contact Mrs Barbara Dransfield on 01924 231640 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
