The school operates a nine period day for pupils in Reception to Year 6. Home times in Reception to Year 2 are staggered with a slightly later finishing time in Years 3 to 6.

Key Facts
- Before School Care is available in Mulberry House Hall from 8.00 am for pupils in Reception to Year 2
- The St. John's House playground is supervised for pupils in Years 3 to 6 from 8.00 am
- Year 6 pupils are allowed to visit 'Peppers' - the dinning room/cafe at WGHS Senior School before school
- After School Care is available in Mulberry House Hall until 6.00 pm for pupils in Reception to Year 6
- The majority of clubs and activities take place during the school day
- The school buses arrive/depart from Wentworth Street - arriving c. 8.30 am and departing at 4.15 pm
