There is ample opportunity for girls to enjoy participating in sport both within the curriculum and competitively through regular inter school fixtures. Girls enjoy timetabled PE, swimming or games each day taken by our own specialist PE teachers.

- The Hartley Sports Pavilion provides an indoor netball court and ample space for gym and dance lessons
- The playground has its own netball courts and girls use the flood lit all weather astroturf for hockey lessons and practises
- Swimming lessons use the pool at QEGS Junior School
- Sports played include netball, hockey, gym, dance, swimming, rounders and mini tennis
- Girls regularly compete in Regional and National finals for Netball and Hockey
