Whilst there is an emphasis upon the core subjects of literacy, numeracy and science, girls follow an enhanced curriculum which gives an important grounding in a broad range of subjects. Most teaching involves the use of interactive whiteboards.

- Three classes across each of the 4 year groups ranging in size from c.17 in Year 3 to c.22 in Year 6
- In Year 3 the majority of lessons are taught as a class by the class teacher
- Specialist teaching increases through Years 4-6
- The school has it's own specialist teaching facilities including a music room, ICT Suite and a very well resourced fully computerised library
- Girls benefit from using some Senior School specialist facilities such as Science Labs and DT Labs
