Returns Policy Refunds and Exchanges Refunds and exchanges will be given for goods returned within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase and in their original condition. All labels must be on garments. Any postage costs resulting from returned/exchanged items will be borne by the customer. Made to measure and special measure garments are non-returnable and as with other items must be paid for at time of ordering.   Faulty Items It is our manufactures requirement that all faulty goods sent to them for technical analysis should be washed in accordance with the manufacturers instructions before being returned. Soiled goods will not be accepted for analysis.   Returning Items Items can be returned: • By post • In person at Butterflies • In person at The WGSF School Shop The School Offices will not accept any returned items. Butterflies Ltd cannot accept responsibility for lost or misdirected returns. For your own protection, you should arrange for any goods to be returned by first class registered post or in person.
