QEGS provides an abundance and variety of musical opportunity with jazz, rock, funk, blues and classical ensembles constantly evolving. Musical talents showcase their work through regular performances.

- Every pupil has the chance to take individual instrument or singing lessons
- Team of 30 Visiting Instrumental Musicians support the Music Department
- Years 7-9 have timetabled music lessons
