Every day provides opportunities for pupils of all ages to participate in one of over forty clubs and societies. The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (D of E) is supported by the vast majority of pupils.

- Most clubs are held during lunchtime with a few after school
- Clubs range from Angling, Art, Chemistry and Bridge to Geology, Scuba Diving, Judo and Mountain Biking
- D of E groups benefit from expedition training at the Dalesbridge Centre near Ingleton
- Many pupils gain their Bronze D of E award with a significant number gaining Silver and Gold
