Boys are expected to learn the discipline of hard work, while at the same time the aim is to excite enthusiasm and interest so that each boy achieves his full potential. Form teachers support the boys by ensuring that their happiness and welfare is maintained as they progress through the school.

  • There are two Reception Classes, two Year 1 classes and Three Year Two classes, all based in Centenary House
  • Three classes in each Year Group 3 to 6
  • Up to Year 3 the majority of lessons are taught by the class teacher, with specialist teaching for PE
  • Specialist teaching increases through Years 4-6
  • The school has it's own specialist teaching facilities in both Centenary House (for boys Reception to Year 2) and in the Year 3 to 6 school buildings.
  • These include a Science Lab, a Music Suite, ICT Suites, DT Workshops and a well-resourced Librarys
