Wakefield Grammar School Foundation manages 20 almshouses flats, located close to Wakefield City Centre.
These properties are located within walking distance of Wakefield City Centre on Holmefield Avenue and Horne Street, both just off Denby Dale Road.
Forming part of a friendly community, an almshouse is available to anyone aged 55+ years who is either a past/present resident of Wakefield or has a family connection with the city.

Horne Street
Flats cost from £61.10 per week (£264.77 per month)
Double flats cost from £65.85 per week (285.35 per month) to £67.10 per week (£290.77 per month) - including gas and electrics.
